We offer a variety of ways to stay, including RV sites (with 30/50-amp full hookups, back-ins, pull-throughs, big-rig-friendly sites), rustic tent camping, cabins, vacation cottages, park models for rent or sale, and villas.

Yes, at Morningside RV Estates, Kissimmee RV Park, Egg Harbor Village, Cypress Campground & RV Park, Saratoga RV Park, and Hickory Lake Estates you can purchase park models, which offer more living space and feature full kitchens, while still enjoying our park amenities. At many of our other properties without preexisting park models, guests are welcome to bring in their own approved units.

We provide RV sites with full hook-ups (30 + & 50 Amp), pull thru sites, park model rentals, long term and seasonal sites.

All our sites are level and a short walk to amenities.

We offer rental units at Cypress Campground & RV Park, Saratoga RV Park, Kissimmee RV Park, Morningside RV Estates, Cross Creek Camping Resort, & Palms & Pines Campground & RV Park. Some parks also offer cabins, villas, and vacation cottages for rent. These can be found at Lake George Camping Village, Waterside Campground, New Orleans RV Resort & Marina, and Skyway Camping Resort.

Across our resorts, you’ll find heated pools, dog parks, clubhouses, pickleball, game rooms, playgrounds, laundry facilities, bathhouses, tennis courts, basketball, walking trails, catch & release fishing, shuffleboard, bocci ball, covered pavilions, horseshoe courts, playgrounds, Wi-Fi, camp stores, and plenty more. While amenities vary by RV park, we can ensure a comfortable stay no matter what Applebrook location you choose.

Absolutely! We welcome rally groups of all kinds. Many parks also offer private clubhouses, rental units, bonuses like personalized concierge service, and assistance planning activities. Rally masters are eligible for a free site and group rate, should your group meet the size requirement, and your dates do not fall within any block out dates.

Our RV parks fall into two main categories: family-friendly resorts where seasonal and transient guests can enjoy activities, and peaceful 55+ communities tailored for senior travelers. Our all-age Florida parks offer the best of both worlds, welcoming families during the summer months and retirees throughout the winter season. Each consistently delivers full-hookup sites and quality amenities.
